Disability Connect app has the goal to provide services and assistance that will enable real choice and control over their lives for individuals with disabilities. In accordance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme and National Disability Framework, Disability Connect connects persons with disabilities and their important stakeholders to the appropriate agency bodies, services and support, events, and current information. Disability Connect is an entirely neutral organization that does not work with NDIS-registered service providers. This is an app that helps people with disabilities to still live their lives as normal people do. They provide services and assistance that can help people be free of worries.
